I was going down to Wallmart to pick a cheap printer and noticed an Estate Auction Here sign.So I stopped in and it was almost over. There was a BUNCH of old GTs that got sold.I Lucked into a near Mint 14hp Briggs off of a MTD Fourteen Hundred. And a bunch of other stuff.I had to go back to the house and borrow the neighbors trailer again.

Got the 14hp Briggs,Cub Cadet starter Genny, and a John Deere 112 with a rust free 38" deck and a snow plow that needs some help. The JD is in pieces but everything is there.I hooked up a small gas tank and cleaned and gapped the points on the Briggs engine and gave it a turn with a rope and it fired up almost instantly. No smoke and a nice smooth idle.

The John Deere has a brand new starter on it that looks to never been used.I think that's why is was apart.

I got the original muffler, grill and headlight panel for it.They in a Milk crate with the rest of the small bits.I paid $20 for the whole Lot.I guess no one wanted to stay till the end of the auction. There were very few people there by the time this old JD and stuff came up.They threw all of this up as a LOT.The deck was covered with some old boards in the corner of the barn.I guess no one else noticed it.I'll Get some Pics of the deck and plow tomorrow.I had to leave them on the trailer until I make room for them.

Here's some pics.I have sold the stack off of it for $30.So I'm only down $10 for gas,had to put $20 in the tank.

The JD has a 200 series rear fender on it and gas tank but the tank is full of gravel.I guess he needed more weight on the rear end?

I NEVER get this lucky.I'm marking this one down on the calender.:)

I picked up the printer when I went to get the trailer. The Estate auction was about a 1/4 of a mile Just before the wallmart turn off.

Here's my new printer :)

This is the 1st time I really got to use this camera.I must say it's alot better than my old one BUT I do need to get a memory card for it.

Thanks but I had one of those on my Cub 149 that came back off rather quickly. My hearing is really getting bad.I have a constant ringing in both ears and I'm very sensitive to loud noises from years of working in a body shop with no hearing protection.

I sold it to my neighbor cheap for letting me use his trailer again. So it's all good. And I have the original muffler and it's in pretty good condition yet.

I can't wait to get out and work on my new toys.I really need to run power to my work shop one of these days.

So, that printer must be wireless???

I can't see any data ports on any of the hardware in the first pictures....

It's a HP PhotoSmart 7850.Both USB and power connectors plug into the back.I used my old USB cable from my old printer. It's about 3 feet longer than the new cable that came with it.

It does have a USB port on the front and a Multi slot card reader for camera memory but I don't think I'll use them.I can plug my camera into it and print directly off of the camera memory. Was just reading some of the instructions.I had a bunch of neat stuff it can do.I got it on sale for $110 because it's box was ripped open on the 1 corner, but it is a $189 printer normally.

Gota love WallMart scratch and dent bins lol

Yes, your title is 100% correct!  What a haul!

That Briggs engine is one of my personal favorites.  I had one on a tractor I sold.  No matter if it was the coldest day, you could flip the key and it would start immediately.
