Been awhile but I know a few people that raise them and the face looked familiar. I just never saw a baby one.

That is very cool and unique. Thank you for sharing.

The wife ordered a few ducks the other day, I will admit I am excited.

Them things get start to get nasty. Big claws and running around. Best of luck with it. Let's see some giant omelets!

What are Emu's good for?

I've seen emu a lot lately, it's funny this came up.
There's emu oil. It's supposed to be good for joint mobility.

I suppose it's a possibility, never seen an Emu limp on arthritic knees before, have you?

And clothing... Lots and lots of boots if you google it.
image.jpg
Even stylish hats.

There are omelets that come with a t-shirt that says "I guess the yolk's on me, I couldn't eat the whole thing"

They are the perfect guest of honor at Big Family Gatherings too.

Oh, and if you believe that I have any idea what I'm talking about, please read this:

Just kidding, they are awfully cute and the help seems fond of them.

Thanks for the pics! Never seen a baby before either.

Pretty neat.  I have never talked with anyone who has actually raised them. This will be interesting to watch.

I like the stuffed Emu. But my oven isn't big enough.
