I absolutely agree. When I was in the hospital back in october (everyone remembers that and thanks for all the kinds wishes) i remember all the signs of how i felt before i went in. Well sunday when i woke up i felt those same symtoms again so its been miserable on me here. Hopefully everyone else is staying inside and healthy. I heard a good dose of GTtalk usually does the trick   :D

I feel your pain! I am in the nursery business....last year spring was early and plants were flying out the stores and out nursery....this year cold temps, snow, ice, rain......and NO SUNSHINE is killing us!! Today I had 2 people tell me they were 30-40% off from last year.....this weekend does not look much better!!

Hope the weather pattern changes soon......just not from cold to 95%!! That happened 2-3 years ago.

I am ready for short shirt sleeve weather.....

A few years ago, an oldtimer told me how he forcasts the longterm weather.

Anyone ever hear this?

At the exact time that the season changes, check the wind direction, and that

will be the prevailing wind for the next 6 weeks.

On Wed. the 20th, at 7:02 am EDT the wind was out of the NW this year.

Around here, NW wind means cold.

The past 2 years, it was out of the SW.

It is 32 and a light covering of snow outside.  Last year I had tilled my garden and mowed lawn before the end of the month of March.  This year is a little more normal.  I have spotted the first robin of the year, so it has to end soon.

No darn spring here, that's for sure. Had to put off the firewood rack and go to splitting wood. Too cold and windy to build anything. Splitting wood keeps the blood flowing and keeps me warm. Except for my toes. : )

I'm ready for the 50's & 60's for sure. Then when it gets in the 80's & 90's I'm headed inside to the AC as much as possible. Not sure if I've ever said it here, but I HATE SUMMER !!
