If that's the going price, gee, I let one go that I could have bought and multiplied my investment by double digits!!
I hope someone tells me that price is high so I can sleep tonight...

Seems MIGHTY high to me. I may be wrong but I think his "cheese" may have slid off his "cracker!"

Ya, don't think he will ever see that,I know where there is one here by me,just as nice, maybe nicer,I'm sure the hydro rebuild was very pricey, but I think he will have a hard time recoping the cost, just my thoughts

I guess you can ask as much as you want, but unless someone has won the lottery, those GT's won't sell (my opinion only).

I can get a real nice 1872 for less than half of that. (Tractor only). And for one third of that I'll sell you a 682 and 782! I hope he gets what he wants but it's too high for me. Rick

Those are very fine tractors, indeed. Too much money for the amount of tractor ya get, tho...

Maybe MN is one of those states that I keep hearing about in the news, I mean the talking heads are continually trying to tell us that things are better (?) Gramps then will say ya "better than 29 but not by much!"
Sure isn't that kind of money to be found in SE Ohio, though those all look like nice units.

The red cub cadets usually are more desirable, but not that desirable.Maybe $1500 tops

The 982 is one of the most collectible red Cubs. A base 982 with a mowing deck will do +/- $1500 add in a factory 3pt and pto and the range jumps to +/- 2500. The snow blower will do from $250-500 depending on location. The tiller will do $500-800 depending on location. My number would be $2500-3500 for everything. All this is subject to were your selling. Here in KY that package is very rare and will bring more than in states were there are more Cubs. So YES he is high on price but that package will bring some $$$. Just my opinion and doesn't mean crap in the real world.

I have emailed with him and he will entertain offers but laughed at my assesment of $2500
I could buy 3 782's for what he wants for it.

I agree $2500 is a fair number however, He could pull the rear hitch and PTO and they alone would bring about $1000, worth more in parts than together. I have a 782 and three Supers and there is NO comparison between them. Personally I wouldn't trade 1 super to 3 standard tractors. Again just my opinion and that aint much.
