Hello,

I've been looking for this seal.  I'm just sure that there is a seal out there for the steering box/sector.  I've found these two Omix-Ada 18029.03 and 18029.04 but I can't find anyone that lists the I.D. or O.D. of either one.  The .04 looks like the one I took out but that doesn't mean anything.  I'm sorry if I already asked about these but I just thought someone might know about these, or even better, a seal that fits.

Thanks!

A full description and some pictures would help someone here to identify the seal.

I've had good luck with seals and  bearings that had a hard time crossing over by just taking either the old seal to NAPA  or measure all the parts and they came through most of the time , good luck !

You will need the shaft diameter. The bore diameter (in the housing) and the width of the seal. Is this for a Power King?

The manual has the part number 09-9027 and calls it the "SEAL, Lever shaft." There are no dimensions listed for it.

Username, I'll have to check my measurements, but I think that's it!  Thanks!!!!  I took the old one into NAPA and KOI and they both said they could not find a seal that matched.

I'm surprised coulddn't match it. I rebuild steering gears for a living and that is a common seal I use quite a bit. let me know if you can't find one and I'll see what I can do for you.

I almost forgot to add that this seal is exactly the one I was looking for.  Sorry it took me so long to do that.
