Great looking tractor you got there.  I think they used a sleeve hitch, but I am no expert on the Masseys.....  There might be something about it in the manuals section.

Nice looking MF 10 you have there. A sleeve hitch is the way to go. Some of the Massey guys will be along shortly!

You got yourself a nice MF in pretty good shape, just enough to keep you busy and out of trouble.

Good deal on the ten. If type in Massey ferguson 12 on eBay you ll find one for sale. It's about 500. Most of it you can make yourself

Howdy Randmgraham, welcome to GTTalk.  Curious, did you pick that up around in Tennessee, around the so-called "Tri Cities" area?  Asking because it looks like one that was for sale there for quite some time.

Here is a link to where I made a number of measurements of my (Only) sleeve hitch.  The rest of this thread may have some information that may help you too.

First off, :welcometogttalk:

Second, do you happen to have a pic of the rear of the machine? That may assist you in knowing what all is missing / needs made.

That sleeve hitch set up on ebay is way over priced. You can get them for around $150.Give or take a little. It might take a little time until a reasonably priced one pops up.I think there was a set of brackets and lift rod on a couple of weeks ago that went for less than $50.

I agree 500 is not reasonable.  lol to say the least. 150 is a fair price

Yes, the 10/12's only used sleeve hitches.  $500 is simply ridiculously high, and I agree $150 to maybe $175 for a complete system is more like it.
