In contest it's typical pork butts, beef brisket, pork ribs, and chicken thighs.
Outside of contest I cook turkeys (cooked 8 turkeys Thanksgiving morning), pork loin, brats, whole chickens, hams. haven't worked my way up to whole hog yet.
Have smoked cheese and plan curing and cold smoking my own bacon soon.
Did you do all the turkeys in a fryer or did you smoke/bbq? That is a lot of turkeys to cook in one day.
I might have to accidentally swing by for dinner sometime if I am out your way LOL.
