I am not affiliated with this sale in the least.

However, I was offered this lot of equipment for $300.  It sounds like a good deal.  I just can't make it to grab them right now.

The owner mentioned that he just needs to see them gone, and if nobody bites he would scrap them.  Since that was a soft spot for me (no way you are going to scrap that!) I said that I would like to offer them on a forum I am a part of for him and see if anyone is close.  Since he said it was fine to offer them to you folks, here we are:

~3 Clinton engines, 2 with 6:1 gear reduction
~2 Bolens Walk Behind.  One runs, but belts are not correct.  Other one needs work.
~Bolens cultivators, sickle mower, bottom plow, and reel mower (locked up)
~Choremaster One Wheel, no engine
~702 Wheelhorse. 8HP Kohler off tractor, ran good when parked.  Ag tires, good fenders, rough hood.
~Garden disc

All for $300.  If nobody bites, I'll probably go.  He is in Columbus, Ohio.  If you are interested, PM me and I will send you his information.

Thanks!

Ben W.

[Moderators, if this is the wrong spot for this unusually strange notice, please move it and make it right!!]

Once again, the mileage thing.

If we only had free shipping worldwide, we would be able to do a lot more!

From what I hear, I believe the machinery has been split between two GTTalk members.  I'm pleased to hear its all saved!

All I ask is that the two post pictures!  Especially of the Clintons: I love those little engines.

Its always good when some of this old iron is saved from being made into a Prius fender.

Amen to that, Nate!

At least if you're going to scrap something old, make it becomes an American car that actually has a real engine in it!

crittersf1,

Ok, I guess that you know I was just joking around when I said I would deliver that stuff.   As much as I would like to I really couldn't get off work and my tiny little trailer only holds one tractor at a time.  I really hope you didn't think I was serious.  The fuel costs alone would be 3 or 4 hundred bucks.  What I was hoping for was to meet someone there and split the deal with them.  And still would do that.   As much as I would like a road trip to N.C. it's just not doable at this time.  I am very sorry if there was a misunderstanding.
