This is what happens when the local mental health care facility runs out of prescription drugs and has to resort to "over the counter" measures.

Diagnosis: Rampant Adult Crayolaism. Disease manifests itself later in life in patients who have consumed an abnormal number of crayons in early grade school developmental years. Onset of adult symptoms is generally triggered by alcohol or nicotine especially in cases of young patients that have moved from ingesting crayons and moving on to earthworms or insects as a form of group entertainment or simple hunger relief.
Disease is not considered contagious via contact but is passed on via genetics to the easily influenced by imitation or witness of another's performance . Once wax based crayons (especially colors "burnt umber", "flesh", "light green" and "magenta") have been ingested there is no known medical cure. Some adult patients have been known to disguise Sharpie brand markers as cigars or "blunts" to continue their habit. Life expectancy studies are at this time, inclusive. Please report cases to your local Public Health Office or Garden Tractor Forum website manager.
