With all the upgrades to the Smoker now is the time to try a Brisket.

I'll light the fire at daybreak.

I also have hot links, bologna, polish sausage, and cheese.

I think I have a better way to smoke cheese.

Oh I forgot the baked beans, I'll be using my Cast Iron Dutch Oven, outside with charcoal. My smoker has a flat stop on top of the fire box that is perfect for coking on.

Sounds like a good meal, Pat! Maybe we could do something like that for a plow day! Course, we'd be too full and lazy after lunch! :bigrofl:

I had thought about it. I have just a 1/3 of a brisket to smoke today, but for the two of us that's all we need.

Fire is hot, brisket is on, links are on, cheese is on, and the beans are cooking.

Going to be a good day.
