How much have you paid, seen others pay or would you pay for a replacement 48" auger for a Case J84 Snowcaster? Thanks.

That one looks like new! I have welders for problems like this, but If I really needed an auger I would just buy a whole unit, maybe luck out and get some shoe's, cutting edge(new on one side) , spare chute, along with crank, cost 250-325
