Not sure the model, but looks like 1267 PO painted the tag and decals (must be covering them up makes it last longer) runs and mows  It's in the way so figure $300 for a running mower should get it moved out of the barn

We scratched some more, put on our glasses and tag looks to say T1267 Still can't read the one on the engine

It's not that it's so far away, just the timing is off. My son was just down there with an empty pickup bed last month.  Just sent one to Indy for $175 using Uship

1267 should be a 1967 8 speed with a 12 hp Kohler engine.

Well we started using it, went through it oil change sharpened the blades tune up anything it needed has been done.  Mowes good replaced the deck drive belt to, it was iffy  drycracked
