was the brantly md 8 offered with the bolens ht's?

I found two references to fitment of the MD 8, both listed for SCUTs. Kubota B7100 and Bolens/Iseki G152/154.

 

My guess is that if Brantley had a backhoe that was offered for the large frames, it would of been the LD 6.

Sam the LD6 was the only option for the HT. The 8 was for the Iseki size tractor and the 10 was used on the Ford 8n size tractor.

I think before I hung any backhoe on a Bolens Large frame I'd probably look at building it as a stand alone, with its own motor and pump, as a trailer. To me it wouldn't be worth the wear and tear on the tractor for a hoe that has limited uses due to size.
