My dad had a couple of those over the years and you could sit back on the motor and pull wheelies. Just didn't let him see you do that. lol. I had one myself when I was first married 40 years ago. You can push down on the handlebar and the front end raises up to help keep from scalping. Don't have a clue as to its worth. It was alright to mow with though.

Just looked at the ad on e-bay. I can't believe it sold for over 400 dollars.

Yup.  that brings back memories.  When you were used to push mowing that little rider was a Cadillac.   Roll back in reverse then slam it into forward and the front came way up.   Just don't get caught.  That was back in the late 60's early 70's.  OSHA would get all excited about that mower today.   Rick
