Alan, keep a sharp eye out. If the land sells, it's likely the new owner would be glad to get shed of it. Most developers couldn't care less about stuff like this. MUCH different with guys like us!

That thing is awesome. Don't let it get away from you. You'll really kick yourself later if you do.

Man, with the speeds this thing is capable of, you could drive this thing to work if your vehicle was down!

You must go get that thing Alan. You should do as Kenny suggested, but take it one step further, and leave an
"I owe you note". But make sure you put on the note, that you did try to get ahold of them. Why let it rot further, while
the formalities get sorted out.:D

:welcometogttalk: thanks for the pictures, that's a great looking tractor.

The one I found is still rotting away & they still won't return a phone call about it.

:mecry:

Is the property company close by? Go by and have a chat with them see if they can point you to the owner. You can also leave a note on the door in case someone buys the property and wants to get rid of it.

No, closest office is 2.5 hrs away. They specialize in commercial properties...
Great idea on the note tho. I'll do that Wednesday when I'm up that way.

I found one in Willard UT For Sale for $700 His name is Roy 435-730-3383. I would sure like to have it but cannot drive that far to get it. . It doesn't look like it has a three point hitch. greg
