hello

on the 1946 standard twin steel wheels are the pyramid lugs attached with square or hex bolts i know the nuts are square but not so sure about the bolts

I  couldn't tell from these pictures of my cousin's  tractor,it's not a twin so it might be the same anyway  , if no ones can help  you I'll call him later today and have him look for you, Al

I'll check mine this wekend and post back. My feeble mind is saying square but I won't swear to it!!

The bolts are hex and the head goes on the inside of the rim on my 34 twin and 38 Viking CF.

My monarch has hex bolts. The model B Viking had square head but it would have been pre 34. The way the guys were that bult these it wouldn't surprise me to see both styles on the same tractor!

I bought a 47 standard twin last fall. On mine the bolt heads and nuts are square. Hope this helps. I hope to have mine up and running this weekend.
