I have a Wisconsin akn if you're interested. It's off an old toro whirlwind. I checked the date again. It comes up as January 1954

Jerome:

Do you have a pic of the flywheel used on Ridemasters?  .....Were they special to Ridemasters only, and installed by Bolens?

According to the Wisconsin website, all AK, AKS, & AKN engines used a #NC137 flywheel.

Thanks, Jerome!

What is the purpose of the extended flywheel on the Ridemasters?  ....Does it serve a function, or are they just needed for historical accuracy?

Where they used on all Ridemasters, or just the early models?

I do not see any alternate flywheel in the Wisconsin parts breakdown.  ....Do you know the Wisconsin part number for the extended flywheel?

As I know of they all had it but the B&S powered two speeds.

I dont know the part number off hand.

Some walk behind tractors used this flywheel aswell.

They were for the light kit..
