The ad says its a Toro. 

 

I like the price, though.  I wonder if Toro would support the deck bearings and belts still?

Toro Suburban 10 - somewhere around 1969 year.  10 horse K series Kohler -  4 speed tranny with creeper low.  Built by Springfield not long after Toro bought out the Springfield line.

YES!  Very much so.  Cast iron rearend, and made back when tractors were made to use not just sell.

Should be servicable, common bearings on the deck.  I'd run out and look but its a blizzard out there and my Suburban 12 is burried in the back of a shed.  I looked in my manual but it is just for the tractor with barely a mention of a mower deck.   It would be a 40 inch,  2 blade deck.   Mine will cut anything you can drive the tractor over.

well i was thinking about it but i found a new snowblower for the jd down in PA and i have recently became the owner of the 129 that i made a post about with a bad motor also might have located a motor for it already as well
