About half is melted already. Should be soaking things real good. And that we need. Not sure what all this will do for plow day Sunday!

I actually stepped in a puddle today that was higher than my shoes.

The temps have stayed just above freezing and we have had light rain off & on all night. Streets are wet, but not frozen. Snow is just about all gone. More moisture is on the way! We need it!

Looks like you're in for moisture for a couple days. That's gotta be good news.

This should help a lot of us out as far as the drought goes. But we need a lot more to get the lakes filled back up around here. Kansas and Nebraska and on N. E. should get some needed moisture.

Looks like you're in for moisture for a couple days. That's gotta be good news.

Except Plow day is Sunday. Hope it's dry enough to get out there. Just have to wait and see on that. As far as I concerned, it can rain it out. We need the moisture!

So far, we have gotten close to .5" of moisture. But it's not done yet.

As dry as its been here the water will soak right in. When I planted the other day the dirt was still very dry.

The forecast for Sunday says 60*.

The year we got the foot of snow it went from -22 to 78 in a week, that's 100* in 1 week.

I hope it soaks in. The cold nights aren't going to help. I hope Saturday gets a bit warmer, that would help a lot.

Glad to see you all have gotten some moisture to help with the drought.  We have been doing pretty good with the rain this year so far.  I think we are above normal except for south GA.  Hopefully it will continue for you all out there as well.

We've gotten 2.88" of rain since the first of the year. That's a big help!

At least you are getting some moisture.  Thanks for the before and after shots Kenny.  Looks like you had winter in a 24 hrs period and now it's over.  I hope plow day works out Sunday.
