Wow Kenny, I hope you can cope with that 1/2 inch before it melts.  lol

I know you will, but be careful with that freezing rain, it's bad stuff.

Thank you Kenny that you explained that that is snow. It's hard to identificate! :rolling:

I had to look it up on the internet. Been a while since we saw this stuff.

Tonight will tell, Dick. We're both supposed to get the freezing rain and ice. But that's tonight into tomorrow noon here.

Here's another pic I just took:

...And Kenny and Amigatec radar shows it tracking through your area now.

They say it will fall at a rate of 1"-2" per hour and plows will not be able to keep up.

What's a plow?  I didn't know they had them down there...

Wow, that's almost enough white stuff to call it snow.  Is the blade back on yet? :D

It finally has arrived, a light wet snow, melting as soon as it hits the driveway & streets. The plow is on just waiting, in fact it has been on for some time.

Well I don't know how many snow plows they have in Oklahoma? But we have a lot of them in Iowa and they get a workout(I was talking about the ones here).

I did drive over 2000 miles in Texas back in 1990 At Christmas, and only saw one snowplow. It was on Padre Island and used to push sand off the roads after big storms.

Looks like you are getting enough to plow there Kenny. Driving in that can be tricky when it sticks to the road and turns icy.

We have 3.3" so far. The streets are melting rather well so far. But it's only 34* right now. It's what happens tonight that may change the whole ballgame. Possible freezing rain, sleet, and icy tomorrow til noon time.

We have about 75 in town, and god only knows how many private ones that get hired by the town.

Looks like we are in for another foot on Saturday into Sunday morning, glad I spent some time moving limbs around that were

in the other 2 feet we got.

That may be, but Tulsa (City) has a bunch more. It has basically stopped snowing. The streets are clear, just wet.

Kenny ,  You are welcome to keep as much as you want. :D  :D      They are predicting it to hit us tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully the freezing rain part will stay south of us.  I've got a plow but there is also a kid down the street who is actually willing to work!!!. And has his own shovel.    Rick
