Hey guys. My brother has a John Deere 140. It is a 1971 model. Where could he find a wiring diagram for it? We did a web search but didn't really come up with anything. I was told there were three different wiring diagrams for the 140's. Thanks.

Serial number is necessary to determine which proper wiring diagram.  Got that handy?

LTD:

I had a 140 and still have the Service Manual (Serial number 30,001 and up), scanned in into 3 parts. If I do this right, here is the wiring diagram from that manual. I'm not trying to steal any thunder from Trav1s. He may have a better version.

Hope it help.

Harlan

Yea, I have more time, being retired. Also, as a Lutheran I just attend the Lenten service, I don't have to prepare it as you do. Though we do an extra incentive for attending, we have a supper meal between the 4:15 and 7:00 services.
