Welcome to GTT. I'm not familiar with your tractor but the hydraulic lift mechanism is usually inside the tractor. Some one else will be by to help.

Somewhere in the back of my dusty mind, I remember reading that some actuators wouldn't fit physically in some of those tractors. That could be your problem or possibly the actuator takes the place of the long rod. Keep in mind there has to be at least one slotted hole involved to allow the implement to float.

I think that rod you have will actually work with the OEM lift handle.

Welcome to the forum! Sit down with a cup of your favorite beverage and stay a spell!!

Some body will be along that has more knowledge on the sleeve hitch. I am unable to assist.

Maybe one hitch fits many models and not all use same parts. think drawiing shows a link to go to say a manual lift handle. I'm kinda thinking the electric lift actuator stays on outside of hitch right on back. You need special switch and wiring to hook up to your dash, which may have come in new kit. With this actuator, you wouldn't use the long link arm either.  Sears wanted $350 to put one on a new tractor if I bought it, maybe it's a lot of work??  Seems you need assembly or owner's manual.
