Going through my bush hog literature, I found that my T-63 had a front tire option with narrow rims. Part number S522. It is listed in my older T-63 owners manual but not in the later T-63 manual. Since this must be an early model (63 is the year of the Wisconsin) I want to try to keep it original. One of my rims is in bad shape and i am looking to match the other. One thing that makes it unique is it has no hub. 99.99999%of all my bush hogs have either 4 or 5 lug rims. This is the only model I have seen this way. Serial #1673

Here are the specifications:
Width inside rim(tire area) 3.56"
Width inside rim outside edge to outside edge (tire area)4.6"
Bearing hole- 2"
Height of rim- 9"
Tire on rim 4.0/4.80 8"
Measures right at 1" for the inside of the bearing .994
Any help would be appreciated.

Scott, I have been searching around. Most places only sell the tire and rim together.

Only one I found so far was at Jacks small engines http://www.jackssmal...=2&tread_id=245

My dad's log splitter has this same type on it.

Even if this rim won't work for you, at least now you'll know to search for 8" fixed hub integral rim. Good luck and hope this helps.

I should add that when they show the "Bore as 3/4" or 1" they actually mean the OD of the axle. I don't know why they have to confuse people like that?

Would these work?

You can put in different size bearings.

I bought 1 pair from them, heavy duty wheel with grease fitting on the same side as tire valve.

I have the GE E15 under a tarp in the shed- I will check out the rims to see if they are a match! I forgot about them as a possibility. Thanks

How could you forget about the special relationship that Hogs and Elek-Trak's have.

Glad you got so many cool BH items, especially being it was such a looooong trip!  You have enough projects lined up to carry you for years past retirement!
