Well its still on the trailer, and my grandpa is debating just driving it down for me to avoid loading and unloading it several times. So still no pictures and havnt got to play around with getting her started. Plus I underdressed for the temps outside currently. Just need to get her home and In the garage. Besides I need my computer to upload the pics. Im excited to see whats what with it. Any leads on a solinoid or work around?

Look in the site sponsors section.  Bob or Rick will almost certainly have the solenoid that you need.

There is two different solenoids used on the g14 so a serial number will help get the correct one. I have both types here and they run from $12-23 depending on which you need.

I would do some trouble shooting on the tractor and make sure the solenoid is actually bad before ordering a replacement. I have looked at several tractors that the owner has claimed "bad solenoid" and not once was the problem actually the solenoid. Usually it's a safety switch, blown fuse, bad wiring, bad ignition switch etc. Testing a solenoid is quite easy, I would elaborate more but gotta go pick up a tire machine and I'm late as usual.

Well I spoke with BHTS and solinoid is in the mail! If its not the issue . I got it for when it does go out or just pass it along when I pass the tractor on to my son etc.. Im dying to get her home and get it started. A degreaser bath and a parts list to get her back to near perfect

Not necessarily.  ....The switch activates the solenoid through safety switches.  .....If any of the switches are open, the solenoid will not activate.

Now, now critters...remember he was up here where I am, and we had some serious snow.  Pulling a trailer in that stuff would NOT have been fun.

mcorso...if you don't have the youngins with you, maybe you will have time to stop in here.  :D :D :D
