Teresa & I went to the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville today.  My friend at Bush Hog in Selma Alabama let me know in advance they were bringing their restored D4-10 to the show again. First time was  2007, so it's been 6 years already since it's debut at the show.  This time they had a smaller display of the tractor alone. I just took a couple pics.  I got to talk to my friend Dawson, and Jerry, the president of Bush Hog Corporation.  I figured Jerry wouldn't remember me, but he saw me from across the way & came over to see us.  These people have been so nice to me.  And all the cool items they gave me back in 07 they no longer sell, so they are definitely collectible items now.   I told Jerry I might see him & Dawson this summer to get the last remaining parts tractor they have.  Jerry said "if I let ya have it", and winked!   I was going to get a pic of us with Jerry & Dawson, but one of their guys came to get them to attend to something that just came up.  So here are a couple pics of the D4-10.

Nice tough looking tractor and it sounds like you got to visit with some good people  .  I cant say as I have ever run into a Bush Hog around here, were they a regional small production company?

Glad you got to visit some, Daniel. You need to show them Hogzilla! They might like that and restart production with your upgrades!

Congratulations on getting to see your Bush Hog corp friends!

How would you ever think they would not remember you! You are the bush hog garden tractor expert - bush hog decal making guy right!!??

I agree with the others....Bush Hog should hire you to design their new garden tractor....I would think with all the restorations, custom repairs, etc you would have a better idea than any engineer!  At the minimum you could be a consultant for them. (not meaning to offend any of you engineer guys)

Thanks for sharing!
