It appears that I now have to find the right seat pan after I just got one for a Bolens 600. Anyone seen this pan on any other brand of tractor?

I think Bolens 1000 had one on a tube frame he had.

Bolens did offer them for the early tube frames.

Seems ebay has those once in awhile. Check out the listings for Bolens and just GT's and look them over.

Never seen one designed for a Bolens but I did have a similar looking seat on the 800 I picked up.

Its somewhere around here ... the problem is finding where I put it :wallbanging:

Brian, I picked the one in this picture up at the Wheel Horse collector club show last year. It's the correct seat for the 854 that I have.

I don't know that it's exactly like the one in your pics, but it's pretty close. You may have one already!

Wheel Horse used that style of pan on several of the round fender models and i would guess that other brands used it too.

John Deer used this on the very first 110's.  Sears used this on their early suburban models. Wheel Horse used them from 1961 thru 1964 including the 1045 transition tractor.  MTD used a square pan seat on their Unico models.

Yes, there is a Unico seat with backrest on epay right now, But.........He wants $135 for it, eeek!  Think he's dreaming! That's the one I saw that looked like the square one in pix, just couldn't recall till it was mentioned again.

Looks like it!  And the red paint makes me think it was originally on a Wheel Horse.

Pat, The photo doesn't show it, but it's almost Simplicity orange.
