I need to rebuild the carb and adjust valves. Can anyone recommend a carb kit, and instruction on the valve adjust?

You can download the manual here for free in the manuals section. You can get the carb kit at NAPA or order it from one of our sponsors. When you remove the breather that covers the valves you may need a new gasket. Depending on which engine there is a good chance that you will have to remove the head. Read the manual first, then try the valves. If the valves are okay you can save a lot of work. If they are not, plan on a valve job. I usually do a valve job with just lapping the valves so the cost is mostly just a few gaskets. Good Luck, Rick

It would help to know what engine we are talking about. Pictures as we go will help too.

Do check the flywheel key too.
