Well no "sleeper" footprints since last Monday, no pee since Thurs. \Nno one caught yet, they still have no cameras up. My place of work is kind of laxed about actually putting feet to the fire. I don't care too much about the sleeper other than I have to mop floors cause of footprints they drag out, but the peein gis a health issue, next tim eI may push or even threaten to take it up food chain to get something done. Doubt our divisional president would be none too happy about it.

We had a situation that was similar years ago at work. The guys in the fabrication crew would come in in the morning and when they started up the drop saw with the cooling water running, it smelled badly of urine. This continued for a couple of weeks. They installed a camera to catch the culprit...and they did! Late at night, one of the neighborhood cats was coming in and relieving itself in the saw catch basin. I hope that they catch your culprit and dole out the appropriate punishment!

Take an extension cord. Cut the female end off. strip the wires. lay it on the floor

by the desk leg. Plug it in, and walk away.

According to Myth Busters, it'll work, and he'll know he's doing wrong, next time he does it.

The guy deserves it.

Well, it's probably not a good idea, to actually do this, but you could tell the higher ups, that

you're going to, if it doesn't stop.

I highly doubt it is an animal, the doors are all shut during the night unless someone has a highly trained dog they are bringing in. Still dry this morning, I think they got word that we know the sleeping is going on and are on hiatus.

Sherwood, I actually did that to a neighborhood dog when we lived in the city. Burnt me up, I got fines and charges because my Akita got out yard 1 time and pound picked him up right before I got home, but next door neighbor's husky jumped the fence and roam the streets...right in ffront of dog catcher and they did nothing. Well, he would come into my yard and my little evergreen bushes were his favorite pee spot. Ended up killing them but not before I hooked fryed ended extension cord to light switch. Saw him coming, flipped switch....man did he ever get the shock of his life. From then on he would walk out in the street when he came in front of our house.

I wouldn't do it at work, but home for an animals..... :D

My grandfather would a Model T coil and do the same thing. Once when I was still in the Army, we wired a field phone up to the lawn chair. Worked REAL good.

My wife works for local court and sent me this. I may pass this onto my boss and plant manager and maybe even threaten to go higher up the food chain, but that would be a last resort.

I was told to "continue to document until we can get camera put up"   GGGRRRR

Well I guess the old saying" no news is good news". Nothing for 3 weeks so maybe they got their point across whatever that may have been. I'm thinking it was a guy in the plant who was "PO'd" at me cause I  was tesitng his batches and calling them bad cause they were flat out crap to our standards. He had several in a row right before all this started. Just guessing though. They did put the camera out back for the sleeper, but it glowed kind of red for nightime infrared, pretty easy to spot. Maybe the sleeper saw and then told all plant guys we had cameras up in lab, don't know. As long as it's done with, I don't care.

I did sprinkle some Alkali Blue dry color powder where the sleeper was....if they come back they will have it all over and it's hard to get off the skin so we would know!!!!
