I bought another bolens. But its completley apart right down to the tubes but for 30.00 I couldnt pass it up the mower deck is worth that. i will post pics of the parts pile this weekend when i get a chance. maybe ill use it for parts or make it a winter project. its a 1253

Parts!???? Man, someone has already done a lot of the work of a restoration project for ya! Just start dropping the parts into an electrolysis tank and start the renewal!

Ill post some pics this weekend not picking it up till friday.
have to go pick up another tractor today, the a guy I work with gave it to me so I have not seen it yet.. he said its a tiny old sears?? said it has solid tires?:confuse: so ill hopefully get a chance to put some pics of it on here today to try ti find out what it is...said it ran when his dad parked it in his shop 10 years ago.free is good:bounce:

the first is when i got it to the house about 3 today. got done messing around about 6.
going to put in the hh120 from my parts 1220. and see what happens. tomorrow its starter and gas tank after that ill know if the motor is any good or if im just :deadhorse:

guess they are a little out of order but you get the idea..LOL

day off had to do something. need to get some stuff put up before the snow gets here. would like to get this one together to store in the shed so i can work on the suburban this winter

Well I got the 1253 running today. runs pretty good. going to throw a carb kit at it to work out a few kinks. The bad news is I don't seem to have a gas tank so if anyone has one or knows where i could get one let me know thanks

I got one a year ago for $10
