Hello again, flu bug let me go & I finally got some #'s. The sticker on the dash is almost unreadable, tractor#09jc8200 I think the c&last00 I'm unsure of. The rest of that sticker I can't read. Engine ID mod#k301as spec#47502d cast#2u5218. I didn't see any other tags, stickers or anything else with a model# on it. Maybe i wasn't looking in tha right place. Hopefully I can find out the year to help find some parts for this and keep moving along.

The model should read 09jc3220 as that is a 72-76 tractor. If you had the engine serial #, we could get close on year. The serial is a 7 digit # and the first 2 are the year. To decode the engine #'s, look on page 5 of this manual.

Engine serial should be right with the other #'s. Here's a screen shot of the page:

Thanks again Kenny, its a 73 engine so the tractor most likely is too. I hope I can help you out in the near future!

Glad you got that figured out. It could also be a '74, depending on when they installed the engine on that tractor. Just no records to tell us from the tractor serial #. But you know it isn't older than a '73. Good luck with it. Be sure to start a thread when you go to work on it and take us along with pics. We love those kind of threads.
