On Feb 24th we will be having our 1st Annual North East Oklahoma Garden Tractor Asso. Plowday. This will at Oologah OK.

This is open to all makes and models of Garden Tractors, everyone is invited to attend. If you don't have a tractor to bring, come anyway.

I plan to bring my CC 129 with Tiller and my DB 2 wheeler with plow.

I plan to be there, Pat. I hope to bring both the Ford and FF. Want to try them both with the plow. Not sure if I'll bring the Ford's tiller. I have a bunch of leaves to rake up and bag for the plot. Maybe I should bring the tiller so we could turn them in.

I took a load of leaves up there today. I wanted to know where I was going and he said he could use the leaves. I had 20 bags on the Dodge.

This is pasture land and a good bit to plow. I took the first pic from where I stacked the leaves, second is from the road looking back. Pretty good sized piece of ground. Last pic is a Google satellite showing the field.

Ought to be fun!

This is Mike's place isn't it?  He told me when ordering some decals he planned to put on a plow day.

We'd be proud to have you, Doug. But I can understand the distance. But, if anyone else would like to come, I'll work up a map for you! Looks like there will be plenty of ground to plow.  Along with the tractors, I'll be taking a grille along for hamburgers/hot dogs.

I spent today getting the tractors ready. FF got an engine oil change. Ford got the tranny fluid and filter changed out.

February must be the earliest plow day I've ever heard of.

I'm normally planting in February. I will be taking two weeks off starting on the 18th so I can get the garden ready. We have been having 60* days here.

Really!  What do you plant that early?  Or are you starting plants inside?
