Just like cars, I think built rods are pretty cool. Please don't take a prefectly good resto and hack it up, but something with no motor, maybe missing pieces, go for it. I would like to build a lowered one, maybe change pulleys so it would have a little speed....i don;'t have time to fix the ones I need to work let alone a project.

Look at Don Campbell's scale builds, his rod tractor is cool.

I have saw a few tractors done this way. What do you all think of them? Kinda kickin around the idea of making one.

ive always wanted to build one for shows but the ones i have now have to pull there own weight around here or there up for sale. so maybe when i have a bigger garage and time ill build one until then ill keep looking at the ones everyone else builds
