I was just browsing the LAGC website, contemplating a subscription, and came across a place to enter a promo code. Is there a promotional code for members of this site?:confuse:

Boy. a Promo to GTtalk members would be neat.
Doesn't have to be much but it would surely show our support to each other in our addiction.
Last issue was really great. Some not so common tractor in that one.
Best Mag. I have subscribed to in quite a while.

It's sold only by subscription and it's published six times per year. If you have an interest in old garden tractors, then this is the only magazine out there with broad appeal. I don't think that the annual subscription fee of $28.00 or so is going to hurt your bank account too much, do you?

$28 sounds fair enough but by the time it gets here (UK) it will probably be double that. Thanks anyway i will go and find the website for a look.

I would email Kate through their website and find out how much shipping might be to get it over there. Might be able to do year worth of mags at one shot that way you only have to pay shipping once? Just an idea.

I didn't mean to imply that it wasn't worth the asking price. When you click on "subscribe" a box comes up that asks for a promo code. I was just checking to see if we had one. Ben Franklin said "a penny saved is a penny earned". Didn't hurt anyone to ask IMO.

Doesn't hurt a thing! Nothing wrong with inquiring. I do wonder where the promo code comes in. Maybe Kate will chime in soon. She's been real busy, but her biggest work of the season is almost over.

When Ben made that comment, a penny actually bought something. Today, I'm not sure that a hundred pennies will buy you what a penny did in Ben's day.

I have one for her too. I could have sworn I subscribed for 2 years, but it has one year on my mag. I can check my credit card to see what I was charged. I wouldn't have noticed, but I got a re-up offer.....bet that's where the promo code comes in!

Hey guys!
The promo code is to help us track where sales are coming from. We DO have a promotion going on...if you renew it is only $25 and you receive 7 issues. Call me directly and I'll do that offer for you. 812-490-3607. Subscription price is different in CAN and Foreign. $33.45/year and $49.95.

Thanks for all the kind words about the magazine. I am glad you are all enjoying it! I am raring to go on the next issue..will be awesome!
Let me also add this - we are increasing the pages of the mag starting with the January issue. We will have a Cub Cadet section, a John Deere section and a Wheel Horse section. Then we will fill in with the usual featured collector, oddballs, clubs, shows, restorations, etc. New and improved!

I'll start posting stuff again soon! I am off the road for now, although thinking about attending Cub-A-Rama in MO.

Incidentally, I got the carburetor off of my Cub 127!
