Hey your the guy with that on CL.

You need to correct a couple things,

1. that tractor wasn't made until '81 at earliest, not late 70's like your ad states.

2. the only way you are getting 1200# on that is if you add 50-75# wheel weights per side and then another 250-300 hanging off the back.

Those tires look to be 23x9.50x12, they will only hold 6, maybe 7 gals of fluid max. Anitfreeze is only about 9# per gallon so at 7 gals, that is 63# per side so that maybe 126# or so extra. Tractor is around 700 and blade/mount about 100. I have a 77 Sears 16 with custom winch/mount, blade , 6 gal loaded ags, 35# wheel weights, and truck rotors hanging off back and I'm only about 900 total.

Not trying to be a jerk, your ad just needs clarification.

I have a digital pallet scale and it weighs 1198.3 with snowplow. and model number says it was made in may of 79.

I may need to get mine weighed then cause I have more weights than what you are showing, my math must be off.

That's really weird on the date cause Sears did not make that body for any of their tractors until
1981, even the 1980 GT/18 still had the old suburban look.
Well, good luck on sale.

What type of truck are you looking for? We may sell my dad's old 93 CEhvy, but it needs a bunch of work like tranny and has a lot of rust.

i will get it when i get home. Im lookin for either a nid 90's 1500 or f150. has to have 4x4, under 150,000 miles, not too much rust, must work good and i would like ext cab with regular or long bed. a regular cab would be fine too. I wanna spend under 3,800

Sorry, I don't do Fords, haha.

I would be curious on model number too on the tractor.
