A good friend of mine decided to sell his 500+ 91 model 430 a couple of weeks ago.  I JUMPED at the chance to buy it and finally picked it up today.  Daniel it is the one that Drew brought to your plow day.  It was dark when I got home tonight and I didnt have a camera with me so I am going to try to get a "Family Portrait" with the entire herd all pulling their carts tomorrow.

King of the Hill right there, congrats. I know the newer JD's have optional aws, 4wd, or AWD if you prefer, but the 430 is 170 pounds heavier and uses a lot less fuel than the new ones to do the same job. In my opinion, JD hit it out of the park with their first ever diesel GT.

Looking forward to new pics of it at it's new home.

That should not be allowed on this site, to post about a new find, and then not even post pictures!  Are you bringing it or the 400 to SC in April?

Daniel, I believe Drew will be plowing with a JD 330 now.

.

Ron, I was just up in that area yesterday and was checking that area's CL and saw that sweet baby.  I'd love to own one with those low hours.  It surely does look mint.
