Going to be going to pick up another ss16 twin right off. We sure don't get deals in Maine like some of you others. This one will be the cheapest one I've got at $200.00. It's all running,no attachments but to me the engine and wheels are worth the 200.00 I guess. Besides that I will have another parts tractor. This will make three ss16's for me and one 10XL. Wish I could find an 18. have a good days everyone.

I hear that Maine is the land of Sears and Bolens GT's, is that right?

Sounds like a fair deal to me.  I would like to find another runner as a back up for my loader tractor.

That is possible I guess. I have a 1970 Bolens 1257,an old simplicity and the three soon to be four SS16 Twins.

I will be going to look at and more than likely buy that other SS16 twin on Saturday. It's running and "doesn't smoke",comes with some sort of trailer so it has to be worth the $200.00. Watch for pics.

Nice score, Mike! I bet that Haban snowblower works pretty good on the other SS/16
