Uncovered the XL10 and pulled it over by the workbench. If I have walk around it enough I might start working on it. The motor is free turning by hand but the S/G is sluggish at spinning it fast enough to start. At least the lights work. It has Allstate ag tires and Sears turf tires. The paint is white with faded red (almost a salmon color) The wife wants white and Dreamscicle Orange.

That's a nice solid starting point for a restoration. I like the orange colour scheme too!

Nice looking project. I, too, like the orange and white. My 10 is supposed to be that but the fenders are a dark reddish brown. Maybe some paint will correct that when the weather gets a lot warmer than it is now.

Love it! Had a custom 10 when I was just a boy. Used it for pulling and it did great against those mean cubs Mine was cream white with orange. I must say that I miss the poor thing

I have a 10XL with the original engine. I'm wondering if one of my Onan 16 twins will fit in there. What do ya think??
