Made a ham, broccoli and cheese quiche for supper , and boys it came out delicious! And was easy as pie lol.

That does look delicious! Did you cook it over a diesel exhaust manifold!

Thanks guys, that one was FANTASTIC! Firm but creamy in the center like a good custard and full of flavor!
My wife complains constantly the I'm too fussy, well growing up eating nothing but fresh groceries has its drawbacks LOL. But she doesn't mind my cooking, well all except for steak... I like it Medium -rare and she ruins it well done...
I like to bake too! Breads, cakes, cookies and even a few simple confections now and then. The kids will be ruined.... Nikolas will probably learn how to cook as well as Natalya. Heck she already wants to help, and I let her as much as I dare, but mom.... no hope I fear... she refuses to make anything that requires measuring and following directions lol.
