NOT TO HIJACK YOUR POST...........I went searching to see what else this company transports so I typed in "kingstong heavy hauling" and one of the images that popped up was this:
It is talking about a place West of Grand Marais, MI and south of the Grand Sable Dunes, on the Kingston Plains. I'd say the original pic is a great example of a HEAVY load today and this pic is an example of a TALL load back when.
Here's the link to the blog the pic came from for those of you who live in/near MI and are interested.

Something tells me all those guys (with the exception of the photographer) made damn sure those chains were fastened tight.

So you finally got an engine for the blueOx huh!!! I think you will need to do a bit customizing though.

The big engines can be a big problem. Be sure to check the oil. Several years ago a local power company bought a new diesel generator. Big as a RR box car. It ran a short time then stopped. No oil!

Did you order the optional turbo?

Got a used fuel tank coming. Will have to clean it up a bit and paint it.

I am going for the supercharger - no turbo lag.

You might need to beef up the front axle a bit !

Normally 1" spindle upgrades do the trick, but this time I'm not so sure!

Yeah I may have to go to 1 1/2" spindles.
