If any of you are within driving distance, this is a NICE plow day event. Nice fields, the owner is really excited about us coming back (last year was the first time that he had been exposed to GTs and was on cloud 9!) He is talking about getting the locall TV station to come out and cover the event this year. It was done on the spur of the moment last year because the Host lost the previous location due to issues beyond his control. You wont regret the drive for this one! Heck I am driving from Alabama!

I've promised myself I'll come to this. I would like to bring two of my Massey's, one is geared the other is a hydro. I may also bring my Gravely for the novelty of the rotary plow.
The problem is, I only have one moldboard plow. You reckon anyone will be bringing an extra?
Posted March 20, 2013 - 08:36 PM
Howard, I believe there will be some extra there for sale and possibly to borrow. I know Im bringing 2 for Robert Webb as we have worked a deal. I would bet there will be one lying around that you can hook to, to use. I will have a 3pt plow behind my Ford, but im assuming you will need a sleeve hitch?
It will be awesome if you can make it, Im sure you will have a blast. I know we all did last year. Come down Friday, and get your plows tuned in so it will be flawless on Saturday. You can come out to eat with everyone after Friday evening plowing, and get to know the crowd. Let me know if I can help you in any way.
It will be great to see a Massey turning the dirt!! Not too many around

Sleeve hitch, yes, forgot to say that. I'll have to hurry and make a sleeve hitch for the second tractor. I should have a bit of time next week to get them closer to ready.

Youre right about one thing. Hurry! I know it will be here before we know it, and Im not ready myself. I did however have dinner with Vince (host) tonight, and everything is coming together nicely.

David only 8 days till plow day. I wish I would have knew you were looking for a Hesston because I sold one this summer.

Heath, I dont know whether to laugh or cry! That figures you would do something like that. Can you still contact the guy you sold it to? Vince will have some words to say to you too. He wants mine. I want another. BAD!

Are you talking about this? If so; yes he still has it.
