Welcome to GTT. I don't recognize your tractor but others will be by to help. Meanwhile, relax and checkout the site. There are photo galleries and manuals to download.

It is very similar to a Little John  - but Little John's had the steering in front of the engine.

Welcome to GTTalk!

Looks like a McLean Husky.  I think there was another one out there that looked similar but they made have been made by McLean and labeled as something else.  Neat tractors.  Where did you find it?  What are you going to do with it?  May I have it?...  Can't blame me for trying.

Here's a picture of one I found.

I was finally able to look at my "stuff" this morning.  Not much info.  These tractors were made by McLean Universal Manufacturing of Indianapolis, Indiana.  No date given.  Tractor came with a 6hp Briggs engine, one 22" rear tire and two 3" x 12" front tires.  Odd size rear tire but, hey, you only have to buy one!  That's about all they give.

Here's a view of what the decal should look like.

That's a tough question.  It's not going to bring big money even though they are quite rare.  At least I don't think it would.  I think the problem with it is that not many people even know they exist.  If I lived closer to you, I would love to strike a deal.  You may have to resort to ebay for that one.  It truly is going to come down to finding the right person to buy it.

Looks like a really neat find!  I agree, it would make a great show cruiser, but beyond that I'm not sure what else you could do with it?  What was the point in them?  Did they make attachments for them or was it just made to pull a cart around your yard or something?  I'd imagine if they did make any attachments for it that they would have to be front-mounted.  The only thing I could think of being mounted to this is a small front reel mower...

Thanks for all the good info and pics on this.  I wouldn't have known where to turn to find info on this tractor either!
