i have been looking around for a while for a Good fuel filter for my Diesel re-power and i don't know if i should spin on or cartridge type and who has them .. i have looked at the napa website and they have Tones of "fuel filter"'s but don't say if you can use them with Diesel... and i cant find there Filter head /mount thing the engine is a Kubota Z482 so i should not burn any more than 20-30 Gallons of Diesel in the year as the engines are Tea sippers  so whats your opinion ? or just a "inline filter " ?

Either can work. I acually prefer the old glass sediment bowl filters because I can see if there is anything in the bottom of the bowl. As long as its between the tank and the inlet of the pump there should be no pressure. Good Luck, Rick
