I dont mean to be rude, but there are several discussions on this site about that subject. I dont think I can remember all of the highlights to list them here. You could do a search on that while you are waiting for replies on this post

I think it's mostly size, as in bigger frame, wheels tires etc. The FF's were conceived to compete with the other Super GT's specifically the JD400. I'm not sure how much stronger the tractor would be in terms of pulling power but it is heavier and has larger tires.

I have both, a GT18 and an FF20. The Gt18 is a nearly a wimp compared to the FF20. The FF is heavier (thus more tractive power), has hydraulic lift, a more substantial rear axle, bigger rear tires (again for more traction and pull). All-in-all, just a heavier version built to do more than the average GT.

The FF 18s dont have power steering, but the angle of the spindles make turning real easy even with a front blade. I mounted 160# of ballast weight on the front of mine to lift more weight with the 3 point and it still steers easy

Try that with a GT18!

I didnt have a GT18 handy to compare the FF to. This is a cub 122, the hood is smaller but the wheel base and hood height are real close.

I thought I had a pic with the GT18, but only the ones next to the LGT 165:

The Ford weighs nearly the same as the FF. But it's a lot smaller.
