That would be cool to have. Looks like it needs work, but would be a neat 'toy' to have working. You could put a boom on it and use it to move tractors around.

I'd say that thing started out as a Bolens Diablo Rouge. Its a different set up forsure,but kinda neat.

Okay, what is a diablo rouge and what does it look like. By coincidence, I have been offered a WWII Weasel in very good condition.

How would you steer this agglomeration of bits, anyway? 

 

It appears that they somehow sandwiched a sprocket between the Diablo's driven clutch. You've got to love the lift mechanism made using a GM spare tire jack, too. The cycle time must be... generous.  flower_ani.gif
