I posted an owner's manual for it in the manuals section. There are a few around here but I don't have an operable one together. The tag should be on the rear vertical brace for the gas tank. If it isn't there, the serial number should be stamped in the block up in front of the oil fill plug. That will tell the year. Did you check out the pinned thread on the Standard Engine Co? There's some Walsh info in there too.
