Gonna be picking up a 1978 GT/18 Twin Six Speed tomorrow to add to the fleet. This will make 4. '78 19.9 Twin, '78 18 Twin, '77 18/6 Twin, and '73 16 Twin. Looking forward to it, tractor looks to be in good shape. Cranks but no fire, so I am thinking I gotta sand the points, typical Onan. Have a couple pics but they aren't any good so I will get some tomorrow. It comes with a mower deck of unknown size, a 46" newer style snow blade, and 55lb wheel weights, concrete. Has the grille piece and covers and all that as well. Nose cone cracked but repairable. Dash looks real good. And has original seat to boot. Me and my buddy are going halfsies on it, he gets the deck, blade, and weights, and I get the tractor. Anyone wanna guess the total price?

Wow you guys must think I am a lot better than I am! The total cost of the tractor, deck, weights, and blade was $150, plus about $40 in diesel to go get it. The tractor is in good shape cosmetically, the nose cone has one clean break in it near the passenger side hinge, the paint is good, dash is good, its all there. The only bad thing that has me worried is the wiring. The previous owner wired up a new ignition switch and it looks kinda mickey-moused to me. Gonna have to take a look at the wiring and see where everything goes and what not. Yes, I am loading up! This is #4 for me. There is only one Onan powered machine left to get, the '79 GT/19.9 with the B48G. Aside from that, I have all of them, one of each. I can't wait to get this one running, and have the two silvers (19.9 and 18) and the two yellows (16 and 18) next to each other!
Here are a couple pictures
