Some of might remember last spring, my FIL & MIL's house was destroyed by fire in N. Carolina. They decided not to rebuild on the lake lot, but move back up the road to their home place. FIL really out did himself this time and he has built some really fine home, he is an Unlimited General Contractor. He started out by building a barn for storage, but decided to put an apartment in it to live in while building their house. One thing led to another and now he has something very cool.

1-3-13 Brians phone 179.jpg This is the entrance to the house portion

1-3-13 Brians phone 180.jpg This view you can see the second barn he is building for storage, he needed more barn.

1-3-13 Brians phone 185.jpg Bays are deep enough for 20' Bass Boat on trailer with several feet of room behind.

That's beautiful!  Say, maybe he can come up north and build something like that for me?  What's that you say?  I would have to pay for it?  Oh, nevermind. Seriously, that's some good stuff there.  What will they do with the living quarters once the house is built?  Guest house?
