I am looking to buy a ready to be used DB planter. I don't really care how it looks as long as it works. Thanks and looking forward to replies

that one fits on a somerthing like a farmal with a one point hitch, an A or Cub model tractor. Funny part about that seeder is that DB sold a field planter based on that same unit, with a differnt hitching part. The price for one of those would be inline with his asking here.

If you find the correct DB type seeder, you would pay $100-150 for it, and $10-12 each for the plates to make it work. You will find 10 seeders for every full set of plates, as plates are the hard part to get.
