Hi guys im new to this... i purchased a used john deere 318 with a plow for my dad ....i would like some help on how to maintain it and give it a full tune up etc since i dont kno much about where everything is located on it ..... is there any DIY on here for a tune up on this mechaine? .....Any help would be appreciated

First off Welcome to GTtalk, glad you joined use here. Maybe someone can send you the manuals for your tractor. Gttalk doesn't have them here, John Deere has copyright laws keeping us from sharing them.

Hello and welcome! Here you'll find the John Deere Parts Catalog. It can help you locate the parts from your DEERE.

 

Can you please explain what you mean with "tune up"?

 

It will help, if you upload some pics were we can see detail like the desk, front, rear aso.
