You start with a bacon weave, I use 1 lb of sausage, roll it out flat, add a filling of whatever you want. I use onion, jalapeño, and cheddar cheese. Roll this up, lay it on top of the bacon weave, and roll it in the bacon weave. Smoke until done, I like to crisping the bacon in the oven.

And keep the phone number for your Cardiologist handy.

You can use pork, beef, ground turkey, whatever you have. The filling can be whatever as well. You can add hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, salsa, mushrooms, whatever is handy. This is only the second time I have made these, so I'm still playing with them.

Well I tried some of the Pig Candy, and oh my Goodness!!!!! There ought to be a law against it!!!

 

I'm still trying to find the one words for it, but Orgasmic comes to mind!!!

Yep! It was about 24* when I started, it finally warmed up to around 49*. I also have a light I use when I have too.
